These four cases evidence an ongoing structural collapse in the governments of California and the United States of America. Petitioners continue to be punished — their liberty taken, their property destroyed, their livelihoods eliminated — by courts that refuse to determine the constitutionality of the statutes and executive enforcement mechanisms used against them, without any separation of powers or checks-and-balances protection operating at any stage.
Across the four coordinated matters, the documented deprivations include:
No court has adjudicated the constitutional authority of any of these deprivations — across fourteen proceedings, nearly ten years, and thirty-five state and federal judges.
More than forty formal complaints have been made across all three branches of California and United States government. Every complaint has been denied, ignored, or returned without action. (See Official Complaints Audio/Video Exhibits on adjudicationdenied.org homepage.) The Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States has refused to file three extension applications for writs of certiorari, exercising the judicial power of the United States which it has not been vested with (Petitions II, III, IV).
Petitioners have been denied the very essence of liberty — the right to claim the protections of the laws — and rendered effectively stateless, stripped of the rights, privileges, and immunities of Citizenship while every institution constitutionally obligated to protect those rights refuses to act.
